Facility:
This medical center is a Level 3 Emergency Department serving the greater Lansing area with modern facilities and comprehensive emergency services. The facility features a 50-bed emergency department including a 10-bed fast track area ("VUE") and utilizes Cerner EMR system for efficient patient care management.

Job Details:
• Work independently in the fast track "VUE" area within the emergency department • 11a-11p shift available 7 days a week • Attending physicians available 24 hours for case review, evaluation, and guidance • Approximately 110 patients per day divided among providers • Emergency department sees annual volume of 40,150 patients • 20% ED patients are admitted to the hospital daily • 60% of hospital admissions come from the ED • Level 3 trauma designation • 24-hour radiology, laboratory, AABB blood bank, pathology and OR services available • All surgical specialties accessible • No supervision requirements for resident cases • Must be Board Certified NP/PA • Michigan license required (not accepting IMLC) • Valid DEA certification required • ACLS and ATLS certification required • Must have minimum 2 years of recent ED experience • Must have clean background for quick credentialing • Provider must be local - no exceptions • Immunization records required (Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Flu, Covid, TB, TDAP) • Reverse billing system used (provider must clock in/out using DocTime)

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
